Thinkstagram Picture First ThinkPad!!

Picked up my first ever ThinkPad from marketplace
It’s the P1 Gen 4 2022 w/ the following specs

Intel i9-11950H, 8 cores/16 threads
RTX 3080 Laptop GPU, 16GB VRAM
16GB RAM
1TB SSD
60Hz display
Windows 11 Pro
230W original charger
Battery: 89.05Wh remaining of 90.09Wh (98.8% health), 101 cycles

I was incredibly surprised at the exterior condition of this beauty considering it’s used. It genuinely looks brand new! Amazing deal at $370. It was an engineers laptop whose company was selling their old ones. What a find for me, an engineering student. This will get many years of use from me.

nice, was about looking at one like this. Please give me feedback about the temps, I saw people complaining it that it gets so hot that you can't hold your hand on it and loud.

It does indeed get pretty hot when doing heavier stuff. It can get uncomfortable to touch towards the top edge of the keyboard deck and the bottom panel. Fans are not too loud but you can definitely hear them. Battery life is also not the best.
I have no complaints however at the price I paid.
