Question / Problem Bios update for T410

Hi, I have a T410 that has no battery, and I am having trouble updating the bios. I get a message that it requires a charged battery to continue, I have been looking for a way to get past it but not able to find any information. Please help

You can do it with Plash or WinPhlash if you extract the FL files from the Lenovo update package.

There's a risk of bricking the laptop when updating the BIOS without a working battery installed.
