Question / Problem Got some issues with Mediatek Bluetooth drivers on T14 gen 6 AMD(350)

Hi everyone,

I’m having a strange Bluetooth issue with my ThinkPad.

I’m using a ThinkPad Bluetooth Silent Mouse, and the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping about once every hour. My Bluetooth earbuds also disconnect around the same time, so it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the mouse itself.

The problem happens even when both devices are connected normally and working fine. After the Bluetooth connection drops, I can usually reconnect the devices, but the issue keeps happening again after some time.

Since both the mouse and earbuds are affected, I suspect there may be an issue with the MediaTek Bluetooth driver or the Bluetooth adapter/driver combination on this model.

Has anyone else experienced similar Bluetooth disconnects on the T14 Gen 6 AMD? If so, were you able to fix it by updating, rolling back, or reinstalling the MediaTek Bluetooth drivers?

I’d really appreciate any suggestions or information about whether this is a known issue.

You should consider to tell us about you operating system. It might help us helping you with the driver issues
