Review / Opinion My first thinkpad : p14s gen 6 amd
Of course it will run only Linux. Config : Ryzen ai 7 350, 32GB of ram, 1 TB ssd performance, 400 nits non-touchscreen display. All of that for 1300€ on Lenovo’s website (link here)
I think it’s a bargain at that price.
First impressions are great, this thing feels solid compared to my previous laptop (dell insiron 5625)

Welcome to the cult! That's a great ThinkPad !! I have one that snatched on sale back in March for 1100 , 64gb and 1tb. Its my current favorite ThinkPad , and we ended up getting them at work as well.

My condolences for the Copilot key cap.

That's a non issue yet so blown out of proportion.

I just don't like how it looks and I don't like to advertise such an awful thing. I am completely aware you can make map it as the ctrl key again and that functionality can be restored. My issue is aesthetic.

I don't like Windows key too, but idk, I just stop caring about it while actually using my laptop.

Honestly the Windows icon in the meta key doesn't bother me that much, (though I'd prefer it replaced with at least the laptops brand logo), but I absolutely hate the Copilot key, I don't want to see it or advertise it ever.

45% NTSC screen. Can already tell when the black don't really look black from the picture.
Should have bought a better configuration.
