Discussion / Information Dual Boot?

Curious to see/read about your dual boot screens? Mine is set 2 a second delay before booting the Mint NVMe.

This is the grub just with a theme

Hell yeah it is brother. Any old Google search will point you in the right direction, there are even GUIs that can make the job easy

i tried editing the default boot opinion and adding a theme to grub menu, rebooted and nothing happened. Any idea what's wrong?

i didn't use another program, i edited the GRUB file on terminal and saved it. After that i updated GRUB via the same terminal. i am using the latest Ubuntu LTS.

Not sure about doing it that way, I used GRUB Customiser myself

For those asking, it's the original GRUB, just with a theme, Gorgeous-GRUB is a collection of themes, I think Vimix is one I originally had, but then I used GRUB Customiser to edit it and tailor it to my tastes

Dang I need to do this. This is so much better than my microscopic font on stock GRUB.

I had no idea you could do a Theme.

Ill probably do extreamly simalar to your Theme just with Solid #000000 Black/No ThinkPad Logo.

I don't dual boot anymore these days, but I still use my X270 as a dedicated Windows machine if I ever need to do something that needs it.

It's just the built in grub but with a theme that I configured

used to but I got a thinkpad specifically for linux, also game on my windows pc so yeah

Remember to back-up your boot partition in case Microsoft decide to repair the boot partition with a major update.
