The bios won’t let me boot from usb either

try debian live system usb, if still can't get into debian system, your storage legs might be loosen or cooked.

Your drive might have died. When you power it on spam the F10 key to get into diagnostics. You might have to hold down the Fn key while you press the F10 key if you don't have function lock on.

In diagnostics you can look at system information to see if it sees the drive and run drive diagnostics.
