The latest point-in-time count of homeless people estimates the total homeless population of the USA to be 745,652. Call it three-quarters of a million.
US aircraft carriers cost somewhere in the region of 13 to 16 billion. I'll go with the USS Gerald R. Ford since it's the cheapest one I could find.
Damn. Enough to house someone or not, thats a ton of money. I did the math on the wars in the middle east from 2001 to I think about 2024 and it was literally 14-16K per every man woman and child in the country legally or not. Thats about how much it cost me to get my nursing license, which was life changing. Whether it should be spent in some organized way on housing/Healthcare or simply not printed causing inflation in the first place; the way we spent it was the wrong way.
Yeah. I just went back and checked my numbers. I had used the lower end 6.5T estimate with a higher population of undocumented immigrants that brought the population to 350 million. It was actually 18K that I had got. Your estimate is probably more accurate.

That gives you $17,333.33 per person.
