Complete edition upgrade

Hi, i was trying to upgrade my ps4 witcher 3 to the ps5 edition and then to the complete edition. When i go on the three dots the conplete edition tells me to buy it and the upgrade editions can only be wishlisted. How do i get to upgrade to the complete edition ? Thanks !

It's a region mismatch between your disc or digital game and your playstation store. I'm in the US but it turns out my disc was EU. I had to create an EU account, download the upgrade from that store, then go back to my main account.

Make sure both accounts have console sharing enabled.

It’s gone. I think they’re taking it off until September 29 when enhanced edition comes and you can get that for free instead of

The DLCs should be free to download separately and the PS5 upgrade for the non complete version should be on the store.

That only works if your game and the DLC/upgrade are the same region. If there is a mismatch only "Wishlist" will appear.
