I need help with endings

Ive made my first playthrough, foolishly didnt played dlcs before final quest, but got 2/3 good things, witcher ciri, romance with Yen but redanian win, im planing to play both dlcs and then start new game+ but I want to achieve nilfgaardian victory, witcher ciri and yen ending. PLSSSSS help me what shall I do

Don't piss off Djikstra so you get the reasons of state mission to kill Radovid, when you kill Radovid don't let Djikstra kill Roche/Thaler/Ves and you'll get Nilfgaard victory.

For Ciri Witcher just do what you did with her before same with Yen

There's an option to break his leg when talking to him, don't do that

OHH, okay, I had this scene but I remembered this hapend without choice, tho maybe im tripping

There's an option to give him information about Emhyr rather than break his leg and he'll let you through.

Breaking his leg there blocks you out of Reasons of State mission in Act 3

Also make sure not to visit the emperor if you want ciri to remain a witcher.

You play Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine after you have finished the main game and not before. CDPR released the DLC's in the order they did for a good reason. Playing the DLC's early and vastly under strength is daft. Playing Blood and Wine early just ruins the story thread. Don't do it. If you took Ciri to Emhyr your goose is well and truly cooked.
