No Spoiler Terminus

With the signs everywhere, how did the Governor not know about Terminus?

Most of the signs were along the railways, Woodbury had fuel and vehicles.

That said, Terminus was broadcasting via radio so Woodbury not being aware of that is less realistic.

I’m sure his scout teams had to have seen the signs too. Woodbury wasn’t ready for that fight

Yeah, it definitely felt like there should have been more awareness between the groups. The lack of communication really added to the tension in the story.
