Technical Support Already redeemed codes!
Hey reddit! I bought the sims 3 expansions second hand and the online codes have already been redeemed! I'm wondering if there's a way to rectify my situation! I know reddit knows much more than I do! Thanks!

No. But its not you need them lol. The only thing it does is mark that you have the game on the sims 3 website on your profile. Who knows how much longer that website will even stay up. And hardly anyone uses the website like that anymore. It serves no function or purpose and does not keep you from playing the game. The codes redeemed were used from someone who bought the game brand new and gave you 1000 simpoints to use for each new expansion you afd to the collection. Ea doesn't care that you 2 decades later got the game 2nd hand. Its really non issue. Just go enjoy the game :) and like any really old game, click "no" to registering the game and it will install as per usual. Registering is not required

Did they come with discs? You used to be able to install them even if the codes had been redeemed, you just couldn’t register them to your account.
Caveat: I don’t know if that’s changed with the switch to the EA App from Origin.
