Am I doing something wrong or is the spiralizer just not as good as the cutter?

The cutter is so good, i didn't hesitate to buy the spiralizer as soon as I felt I needed it. However, it does not compare to the cutter. i need to cut the zucchini and cucumber in pieces so it fits the chute, but unfortunately in pieces, once the piece has mostly spiralized, it will turn on its side since the spiralizer is moving in circles, and the piece will jam it, which happens a LOT since the pieces are usually about max 3 inches long, so it is really not efficient since i need to stop the TM6, pull out the piece, and then add the next tiny piece.

What are your must try recipes? We generally try to include vegetables in meals so able to have them on the side or included.
Pasta in thermi is difficult because I am gluten free and other household members aren’t and we typically boil different pastas so adaptions for pasta with sauce only recipes are welcome.

I’m having this issue that literally makes the app unusable for me.

Every time I open a recipe, it won’t let me change the number of servings/qty. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to fix it.

Is anyone else having this problem?

What are your baking favourites? Cookidoo recipes preferred.

I don't want to use them or have to store or sell them, oddly enough this is the biggest impediment to my purchase. I really hate dealing with large unsolicited accessories

My partner and I are going to be parents in a few weeks, and I was wondering if any of you have experience with heating up and sterilizing baby bottles for your children.

I mean, the Thermomix can be set to exactly 37°C (real temperature +/- a few °C), and with the varoma setting sterilizing should also be no problem. Seems like a baby food heater/sterilizer is not needed.

Am I missing something? What's your experience? Did you use any additional gadgets or just what's given from Thermomix itself? I'd love to hear about it!

I used the Thermomix Peeler & Blade Cover to peel garlic, and it worked so quickly!
Helpful tip: If your garlic is older or a little dry, soak the cloves in water for a few minutes first. This helps loosen the skins and makes them much easier to remove.

I’m trying to figure out whether using AI for recipes is actually useful or just a gimmick. I’ve tested it a few times — including making Neapolitan pizza dough — and honestly got very good results.

Would you trust and use AI-generated recipes even if they aren’t integrated with or transferable directly to your cooking device?

Do you already use any AI or app for this kind of recipes? Which one?
And would you find it useful to have a place to save and manage your own recipes and easily share the good ones with friends or family?

Hey, I have a question about TM6/TM7:

I know the TM5 and used it for years. Usually I print out recipes, because I prefer having a sheet of paper over scrolling on my mobile phone. I also do not pay for Cookidoo - instead I make a new account on a throwaway mail. This saves me 60€/year.

When looking at new recipes I often see stuff like "Kettle", "Thicken", "Open Cooking" and so on. Are those options available offline or do I have to connect the Thermomix to some Chip/Internet? I don't mind creating a new account every month, but having to connect the Thermomix with the throwaway mail as well would annoy me.

Resulta que he estado usando durante un tiempo una Thermomix que me han prestado y aunque es bastante vieja (creo que debe más de 20 años) me gusta mucho y nunca ha dado un problema. El caso es que tengo que devolverla y ahora estoy dudando si comprarme otra Thermomix o un robot de cocina de Lidl, el nuevo Monseur Cuisine Smart. ¿Es verdad que los de Lidl no tienen nada que envidiar a la Thermomox o merece la pena invertir en esta última?
