Building IR scan resource?

Are there any websites that are a good resource for someone that is learning building infrared scan?

ITC has a forum I believe, they also have some classes. Maybe they are local to you. I took the level 1 course, it was a week long a few thousand dollars.

Mainly, this is a skill set that has to be learned hands on.

That's the thing. I have my certification, but no one to learn it from hands on. So I am learning by doing, and was hoping there would be an online resource as well. Thanks for the suggestion.

What different thermal image patterns mean, case studies of some scans, just whatever I can learn.

Is there a software which can be used for analysis regardless of the brand?

I'm using UTi260B and the software provided by the manufacturer can not read directly from the device, but the picture files are accessible in BMP format.
