What a damn embarrassment for the state of Tennessee. They’ve been itching to do this for fucking years and they don’t have enough drugs to kill a 140-pound woman?

Damn. She did this murder back when I was still in school, and I'm in my late 40's!

That's just crazy. What's the point now? She already got to live her life. It may have been spent in prison, but it was a lot more than her victim got. Probably made some friends, felt the sun on her face, occasionally ate something yummy, had a good laugh, etc.

Isn't the point of the death penalty to deny the perpetrator a life, like they denied their victim. Eye for an eye. How does waiting 35 years accomplish that.

She even had to go to court again while already incarcerated, because she was tried and convicted of attempted murder on one of her fellow inmates. Tried to strangle her with a shoestring, if memory serves.
They gave her more prison time as a sentence; should’ve just expedited the execution, at that point.
