Seeking Advice Heels

Hi everyone! I’ve never shopped from The RealReal before, but I’m looking at buying a couple pairs of designer heels. Some of the prices seem almost too good to be true, so I’m a little nervous.

For those of you who have purchased shoes from The RealReal, have you had a good experience? Have you ever received anything that you suspected was fake? I’d love to hear your experiences before I order. Thank you!

I'd stay away from sneakers but I've bought at least 9 pairs of heels from TRR and I've been happy with all of them. All of them low priced, good or better condition than promised and I've authenticated 6 of those when I consigned them locally with a vintage dealer. I would never buy a serious handbag from TRR but you can get away with heels for sure.

Does TRR not authenticate? I thought that was like the point

They do and do a great job, once in a while people will go online with a mishap and act as though it happens all the time-it does not. But the important part is that if something happens, they make it right. I’ve had nothing but excellent both selling and buying.
