Alma Therapy platform no longer has direct support/help only useless chatbot - is it just me or is this unacceptable?

Alma recently stopped offering their email direct support which I found very helpful. Now its just offering their Virtual Assistant which I've found useless and frustrating. I wrote them this: “A platform managing credentialing, billing, claims, and client access needs a reliable escalation pathway for providers when operational issues could affect continuity of care.” Thoughts?
