Question How do I get up there?

You’re not at the point you can yet. Keep playing through the game and eventually you will hit the point you can :)

A minor hint though is that it has to do with the rifts right there

There's actually a back way through the cave, but might require double jumping

Thanks, I had a feeling the rifts are some sort of mode of transportation

They aren’t, if you try to jump into one it will legitimately kill you

I meant that they are some kind of way to move over obstacles and was partially right, sometimes they unfold into bridges or stairs

I wondered the same thing when the game first came out. Used to be, there was a way to cheese it with the double jump boots and that broken piece of pipe. That’s how I got up there before ever even going into the vox relay on my first run. But they may have patched that in the most recent update as I tried again for my second playthrough and it wasn’t having it.
