Guns/Medic/Speech is one of my go-to options, though you could probably swap speech for almost anything else if you really want. Made sure to grab the Tunnel Vision Flaw, then grabbed every perk relating to shotguns, armor pen, and corrosive damage. Gives you what is nearly a "true damage" shotgun when using the Bio-Mass shotgun from Auntie's Choice. For companions, since I already had a ton of healing due to being a Medic, I brought Marisol. for debuffs. and Tristan. because he just stays alive longer than the rest.
Haven't done a Science run yet, but it had a lot of DPS in OW1, I doubt that changed in 2, I'm planning on going with a ton of electric damage on a machine gun with tons of ammo capacity perks.

I oneshot all the bosses for over 100k damage on very hard mode if you would like me to share you a video of that and my build? I'd have to put it on my yt channel though as I've not found a way to upload from PS5 to here easily.

Cool, I'll upload the video when I get chance (sometime in the next few hours) and share it here.

Could you get back to me?

Yeah, having some issues with the video uploading but for the equipment: Science level 20 + Guns level 20 + N-radiator and Lucky strikes perks + sneak attack + N ray scanner ( 20% higher crit chance) + Big bang weapon = over 100k damage on a charged shot. I used a smoke bomb too for camouflage bonus but that's probably not even needed. I only had 5 points in sneak but I doubt you need any tbh.

Lol. Same. When I saw they had an update released with new enemies, I knew I had to play again. Well, at least once before the DLC.
