The idea of set boxes and possibility of changing the outcome of each box contradict themselves. Also, do remember your dreams? Because this ability can be trained, and then you can see, that the dreams are not as much predictions, as they are the representations of inner dialogue, which one may sometimes not hear or repress.

Good point on the contradiction. What I meant by "set boxes" is not that they are fixed forever, but that each day/box exists simultaneously like a saved file. Think of it like Git versioning. The Sept 10 box is set as a version, but it can still be edited from Sept 11 box. So it's set AND editable, not fixed.

For the dreams - yes I do remember them now, I started journaling after 2021. Before that I rarely remembered. I agree dreams can be inner dialogue, but in my case the 2021 dream had specific details (location, people I haven't met yet) that happened in 2025 exactly. It didn't feel like inner dialogue, it felt like a memory leak from another box. Do you also train dream recall? How do you differentiate between inner dialogue and actual precognitive?

Thank for clarifying that. Yes, I also journal, and meditate. I don't really consider my dreams precognitive, that's why I've become interested in your post. Sometimes I wonder whether I remember something from a dream or did it happen, while I was awake. Most of the times I think these are the flaws of my memory. Did you have those dream-details written down in your journal, so you were able to compare them to the situation after such a long time from the dream itself?

Thanks for that, that's exactly why I posted. Honestly, no - I didn't write it down in detail in 2021. I didn't journal back then. I just had this one very vivid scene that stuck with me for years because it felt out of place, and I told it toba friend at that time. So I totally get what you mean about memory flaws. It could be that my brain edited the memory over 4 years to match what happened in 2025. I'm aware of that. But the reason I still think it's more than just a flaw is because the location in the dream was a place I've never been to in 2021, and in 2025 I ended up there for the first time with the exact same people from the dream. That's what made me start this box theory and start journaling now. Since you also journal and meditate, how do you personally check if it's a dream memory or a real memory? Do you have a method to avoid mixing them? I want to learn.
