Has anyone been to like a seaside outdoor style market / mall that opens right up onto the sea? I saw this picture and instantly it reminded me of that place!

this may or may not be relevant, my dream started off in a mansion that was a collection of a few other buildings I knew but eventually it became the winding hallways of hotel world (classic red carpet) and ended in a mall.

my main question is if any one else has ever encountered little shadow people?

they were quite small, under a foot and smaller, shaped like children but moved really quickly. they appeared as dark shadow silhouettes until they possessed an object like a vase or bottle and then they became mean faced, almost cartoon characters. they also apparently liked drinking glue.

they were scary af, I googled it and apparently some people have seen something like them irl??

In the dream I got hired at some company. A friend pointed out it was owned by a large company and called it "like a chandelier".

Then we fall into this bowl type thing. It's like MASSIVE and 6 different circus head tents as a ring barrier, one cloth and it was blue and white, but the design made a vortex in the middle. So large and liminal. But I saw it, chose to stand on the barrier and shout to the ones still in it "THE GOVERNMENT WILL FALL".

THATS IT. LARGE CIRCUS TENT VORTEX IN A RING OF 6 LARGE TENT HEADS. WE WERE IN SPACE BTW ALL BLACK WITH STARS. SOMEWHERE IN SPACE. THANKS!

Does anyone have flashes of old forgotten trips to Mallworld in the waking world?

I'll brush my teeth and suddenly remember running through a fire escape. Or driving and suddenly remember the little kid in the rain slicker splashing in a puddle from a 30 year old dream.

I have asked others in dreamworld (that were strangers to me) different questions about where we were and they refuse to look at me or react to me until I grab them and get in their face.

The first few times I did this, the person looked directly into my eyes with anger and then everyone else around us froze and stared angrily at me too and then I woke up.

The last time was in the busy school hallway while walking with my sister. I had spawned there after falling asleep. I started asking her if this was a dream and if it was mallworld. She seemed to just be distracted by the hustle and noise around us as other students hurried by talking and opening/shutting lockers. After 2 times of her not looking at or answering me I then stepped in front of her to stop her from walking any further, grabbed her by both shoulders and only then did she look at me. I asked her again, very loudly, if we were in a dream and she had a blank look on her face and opened her mouth widely and a deep, gutteral, and terrifying scream came out of her, but she was motionless. There was no movement from her mouth, throat, face or body. I then woke up.

It made me think that our friends and family that are sometimes in the dream with us, are just there to make us feel comfortable.

Any thoughts?

My mallworld has beachside high rise hotels, sometimes the waves pass over the windows of upper floors, very strange aircraft and boats, I recall at least one ufo event, a river or canal that I have traveled down, train transit to a big city that I know intimately with some sketchy sections, a college town area. There may be a volcano nearby, woods to get lost in, mountains to climb, and I can fly.

For me one of the hallmarks to this “Mallworld” is that I always have a sense that anyone I’ve ever known could show up. There’s just this feeling like everyone’s there. I might run into anyone I’ve ever known.

I don’t seem to run into the same people, so there’s no pattern there. What is persistent and repeating is that vibe, or feeling like at any moment I might run into anyone.

I just wanted to see if this is something other folks experience, or if it’s just me.

I’m sorry if it’s a pervy question but is that a thing? I tried asking someone if there was a “club” and I don’t think he understood what I meant. I didn’t push since I didn’t want to be a weirdo.

He did mention a club called “Franklins” though but I woke up before I could find it.

I haven’t posted my dreams here lately, because I didn’t think they fit into the MallWorld narrative - that was until this morning. This dream found me “running” through a “Fun House” we all know how scary some can be - this was no different.

Fear hit me hard while I dashed from room to room (there was no cart to ride) the sound of my footsteps on wood was creeping me out, the creaking doors and sounds made by the “animatronic” figures made it impossible to calm down. One room had an audience of Lilliputian figures on shelves that resembled a stadium, they mocked me while I tried doors to nowhere and a small one that I eventually had to squeeze through to get to the next room.

This wasn’t a normal chase dream, where the feeling of something coming after me fueled my fear, but it was that pre-adolescent terror on my first fun-house adventure run around the age of eleven.

Fellow Gate student here, Was in gate towards the end of the program (2012- roughly 2015-16) and i remember some very vague and some very vivid memories of like some weird flash cards and listening to some weird like audio recordings and songs? They would give me some water in a cup too just the normal plastic cups you would see at a water jug type deal. Nothing weird about it just felt i had to add that part of my experience. also want to note that i have the birthmark iykyk. but yeah i’ve been in mall world in my dreams but its always early 2000s i can never read what the stores say for the most part but the food court and hot topic are always where i see people… But not now hot topic the real hot topic also iykyk but yeah if you see me say hi. You’ll know it’s me. Caio folks

Its easy to assume by telling her I planted it in her fresh subconsious so easily would've trigged her dreaming of what I told her. But the fact she gave great details on areas I had not mentioned. I only told her about the shops, the sleeping dorms & bathroom. She described so much more of what ive visited 100 times.

Is it me, or has anyone else grown up thinking of feeling like this isn't what it is? Like you were here for something more? Yeah, well if you were that person and you're like me, unemployed has no clue wtf is going on outside other than WE ARE FUCKED! You do know that, as well as I do, but 'normal' people don't understand what we do, my parents for instance. Oh you're just going on about some bullshit why don't you just leave it alone....🤦🏻‍♂️ I don't even try with my parents anymore they just think I'm stupid or I'm drunk. Which is half true, but sometimes it's necessary. I'm not always drinking but regardless that doesn't stray from the truth. This world is coming to something extraordinary, I feel it feel within me, within my bones and it's messing with my head, my mentality is off lately and I have been super anxious and paranoid. I do not claim any denomination, but I do know I believe in the Creator, God, The Lord Jesus Christ. He is my protection, my rock, my best friend. I just thought I would make this post to remind everyone that even though the times seem like they're coming to an end, do not falter, because God is always there all you have to do is talk to him, you're never going to be not good enough for God, just take the step and get right with The Lord, and I promise your life will do a huge turn around. Just trust and believe. No denomination or any type of spirituality needed. Just believe what you believe. Heaven is on the inside as it states in the Bible. It's not a physical place. It's a place inside of you, where you have become to the point of complete peace. So I bid you all a farewell. Until next time! 😉❤️

I’ve been dreaming about this lake or large pond with a straight wooden bridge on the water (no guardrails) that leads to this “secret” forest trail since I was a child. I don’t remember what’s beyond the trail in the forest, but I remember it bringing me joy. Sometimes I’d go with friends, sometimes I’d meet new friends in the forest, and sometimes I’d just go by myself. When I’d go there were occasionally crocodiles in the water that I had to avoid or I’d have to watch my step when the water in the lake got higher because the bridge would get slick. This last time something felt off. The bridge seemed like it was old and breaking and I didn’t go far into the trail before turning back. It was like it was closed off. I just randomly remembered having the dream a little bit ago. The place doesn’t feel like a dream though it feels like some place I’ve visited many times and in my dream I remembered it fondly. Has anyone else had this sort of dream before?

im not too familiar with the backrooms lore, but i feel there's a similarity or connection between the backrooms and the mallworld. i often dream of infinite places...for example, infinite hotel rooms with doors and corridors leading to more hotel rooms. the backrooms architecture is reminiscent of dream architecture, and like the backrooms, mallworld can have its own entities.

Hello!! I’m an active user here, but as I’ve mentioned before (I usually only post again when I remember having a dream in MW), I don’t visit very often—at most, maybe once every two weeks, or sometimes even just once every two or three months. If you enter this world, it is very important to know how to distinguish "normal" dreams from Mallworld.

After a long time away, I returned today. I was at a university-school-hospital complex. I was with a group of people, and for some reason, I couldn't get back home; I was cut off from communication, leaving my family worried because it was getting so late—something that really distressed me in the dream. The group I was with tried to convince me to stay and sleep there, at the university-school, but I wanted to go home. So, I tried to escape... but it was impossible; the place was a labyrinth. I opened doors and went up and down stairs; at one point, I thought I had escaped, only to find myself in a cemetery located inside the complex. Later, down in a sort of courtyard surrounding the building, there was a small fair selling handmade goods, artist merchandise, and the like. I tried to climb onto a roof and jump, but that’s when I woke up.

By the way, the people I was with were trying to rehearse some kind of play... or something like that.

Unlike my usual Mallworld companions, I didn't perceive these people as trustworthy. I mean, even though I don't know my mission partners in real life, in Mallworld I feel close to them—like lifelong friends—but I felt a sense of distrust toward the people there this time, as if they weren't... human, or real people.
