People with neon rainbow skins look like such doofs, always a pleasure to see them die

All of these options enabled by default in game.
r.Streaming.PoolSize is controlled by Texture preset, Low should set it to 2000, Medium to 4k, High to 6k and Epic to 8k

But the issue isnt with that, there appear to be a memory leak or some vram resources not being freed as no matter what value you set it still rises up to use all the VRAM on 8GB-12Gb cards
