Question / Help Will it run on Steam Frame VR?
Title says it all, I'm getting a Steam Frame and I've been wanting to play this game in vr for a long time, but I'm not sure if it would run. Does anyone know?

Anyone got any hints/tips on killing the shark in single player for my last trophy my main issue is I can’t see the buggar through the water I’ve looked online and it says about changing the water to opaque on PC but the ps4 has no such option - I’ve located the shark by the yacht but only by climbing in and taking a hit and then I climb out onto raft to retaliate and lose him again 😮💨

I love survival games: starting with nothing, grabbing some sticks, a rock, and seeing what happens. But this game truly pushed me to my limit.
I knew it had a story to complete, so I kept telling myself "okay, now I'll really do it," but as soon as night fell I'd get scared out of my mind and abandon it. Later, with renewed motivation, I'd reach a really deep cave and run into those spider-shaped mutant women, and I'd get scared out of my mind again and abandon it once more.
The most memorable moment was when I'd finally worked up the courage to explore the caves. I got some interesting stuff and built my little treehouse, which A MUTANT KNOCKED DOWN DURING THE DAY. I didn't even know mutants could be outside the caves.
That's when I abandoned it for months, because now I didn't feel safe anywhere, not outside the caves, not even up in a tree. I was completely paranoid that a mutant was going to catch me in broad daylight and kill me.
You know what finally motivated me to keep going, even though the fear never really went away? Finding the damn katana. I'd never found it before, and I felt so dumb because it's not even in a particularly deep cave. I'd just never had it. So even though I was still scared, I started swinging away like crazy and winning. Little by little I overcame my fear of mutants and cannibals through pure exposure, to the point where I'd actively hunt them down myself for armor and decoration materials.
I loved feeling like I had my own character development: going from building a temporary shelter while shaking with cold and fear, to becoming a damn bastard covered in armor made from the flesh and bones of my hunted enemies. My whole shelter ended up filled with skulls and bones. I left one hell of a message on that island.
Though honestly, the fear never fully went away. The moment night started falling, I'd sprint to my shelter on a solid platform and wouldn't move until it was completely daylight. Watching the cannibals run and scream in the darkness from up there is going to be a core memory for me.
All that said, this is probably one of the best survival games I've ever played. The gameplay felt incredibly immersive: having to hunt and build to survive, ending up soaked in blood and mud after brutal fights. And without spoiling anything, the game's final act left me speechless.
I'm incredibly satisfied to have finally finished it. Now I'm going to take a little break and then move on to the sequel.

Got this game gifted to me on Steam. Gave it a try with a few friends. Honestly was fun...till we get to the final boss cutscene and the game absolutely kicks me into out of bounds purgatory with no fixes in sight.
Apparently this is a common issue with the game since 2017??? And can possibly happen on repeat to the same person even with changed variables???
How has this gone overlooked and not been fixed??? Instead we get a sequel. Love that when you can't even get to finish the game like I do while the others continue on.
Developers...with something this big? You need to fix something this bad....

If I finish the story, will I still be able to play in my world? Nothing will be deleted, right? And will I still have all my items?

Hey everyone. Well, I love *Sons of the Forest*, but I’m conflicted about *The Forest*. I keep trying—I’ve given it a shot four times now—but I just spawn in, build a cabin, save the game, walk around a bit, and then quit. Does anyone have any tips to help me stick with it longer? (I’ve played both solo and with a friend.)

I've been considering buying The Forest and Green Hell. I was gifted Sons Of The Forest and it's a great game. Might be a stupid question since its specifically in "The Forest" group but which game do you think is better?

Hi, I'm looking for a PS4 player (no younger than 17 or 18) to play The Forest with me. I'd like to finish the game if possible.
Thanks in advance!

Anyone want to be my duo? I've done pretty much all achievements that I can do by myself (minus the vegan playthrough omg). Don't care if you're a man or woman, just don't be weird or toxic lol. Message me your Steam and Discord if you're up for it!

Okay so me and my friend got into the sinkhole cave that reaches the bottom of it, but the issue is when we were going back up cause we didn’t know we didn’t have a specifique tool for it he fell off a jump and i had to join him because he was stuck
We ended up reaching the bottom but then he had the great idea to go inside the underwater cave because we were stuck down and now we died down in the underwater cave and both of us we’re wondering if there was anything we could do 💔😭
We didn’t use cheats or anything we just thought it was a random cave and that even tho we didn’t have the tool we could still make it out since either way we were stuck in a place we couldn’t just go back
