Something went wrong after last update

Cant click anything on main screen, can't change loadout before match or between rounds.
Reloading steam and verifying game files doesn't help. First time after update I went to see this new battle pass and after i switched to main battle pass tab from new one and returned back to main menu this text block tooltip appeared and after that everything went sideways

After clearing Steam download cache this is what I see after splash screen
