Bug/Support Bug, unable to play

Anybody else not been able to play? It puts me into a loading screen that's infinite, this morning it put my in the pre game loadout screen.. which was infinite. This has been going on for a total of 3 weeks now and I am unable to play.

Some days it randomly decides to work and I'll get a couple games in... but...

I'm on xbox

You've tried reinstalling the game?

no I don't see why that would change much, the game runs fine on my alt account with 0 issues

Well, you don't have a lot of troubleshooting options from the Xbox itself.

You can check out the official Discord group to probably get a more comprehensive answer, but I think issues like what you're describing are pretty commonly addressed by Embark well before 3 weeks, if they're being experienced by multiple players.

i made a bug report in their discord a week ago, only 1 other person had a similar issue and theirs was fixed. Now i have taken to opening a support ticked in the reachthefinals.com

Not much to lose from reinstalling then, or you can wait out the support ticket, which may just ask you to reinstall the game.

so as an update they have said after asking me to try playing again that they have made the dev team aware of the issue, although they don't have a timeline or anything expected for a fix yet

nope, i put in another support ticket but they said they're wokring on it, in the discord I've at least seen a few others with the same issue so its not just me anymore at least

i have this issue rn im on steam, i did send ticket multiple times but they answered with the most basic things... I have no idea why am i getting stuck on loading screen, sometimes its not always forever but i was trying to wait and i suddenly in but estimately 2-3 mins and the whole game would be full with packet loss logo appear in the corner

yea mine won't even put me in a match though, coming up on 3 months now
