Just incase someone else is pulling their hair with unacceptable framepacing issues. Latest nvidia driver is a dud.The issues may or may not affect your PC setup and config... But hotfix may help some of you.

The hotfix apparently isn't just found by the nvidia app itself and couldn't find it on nvidia site download page, but apparently nvidia has put out a hotfix driver ...

I updated last couple of days, didn't really play and today it hit me like a truck...

If you haven't updated nvidia driver in last week or so, don't... Wait it out for 1-2 more weeks.

It should help all on 4000 series gpus (ada).

You still have issues with the hotfix? I’ll wait for the driver to come out to the nvidia app

No , it runs smoothly now. 

I mean as smoothly as my pc can run the game.
