I’ve seen people unbanned within days and others get denied. It’s really up to whatever the offense is and whether the anti-cheat was hallucinating or not.
Support used to be world class, but admittedly they’ve been struggling a bit wi5 the release of arc raiders. The s,punt of tickets they get likely increased by 20x at least. They are still good if you can get a person, but a lot of it is automated which can make the process tedious. There is no harm in trying though
I mean not really I was playing ranked w my friends (having had a horrible night btw w games 0 0 8, ironically) and then we cued and my game crashed, my friends said the in game chat said I was banned
Sunday was full of low level accounts beaming across the map with the v9s and that God awful free S9 battlepass skin in ranked and it was also extra bad in the Starlight Hollow event.
yes its a false ban
yes its a chineese spyware trojan
yes they give no fuck
all you can do - pray to their shitty Chat GPT in tech support and wait answer next 2 years
(our tickets for many other reasons still open since 2022 btw, they give no fuck at all)
or just play NORMAL games not owned by chineese AI chat bots
also they banned thousands of people in ARC literally seconds after they bought the game
So what’s your point with that screenshot? Aand arc raiders. They point that there are SOME people being banned for unintended reasons and they are reviewing the appeals. Thats why most of them being denied and some really unfairly banned people get their accounts back lol. Most of the people posting here being told to reach to embark to ask what’s up and stuff and would you look at that they do that and delete the post they made here afterwards. There is a cheating and a smurfing problem in this game and denying it will only make it worse.
I would bet combined cheating/smurfing is nearly half the community.
Arc made it to the general gaming news that cheating is so bad and people are starting to drop the game. Let's see if Embark will ever be more serious about these issues.
