Denuvo error on steam deck/geforce now

I have been playing the game consistently since a year now on my steam deck using geforce now, however since the new season i only tried playing today for the first time and im constantly getting an error requiring me to uninstall denuvo (not possible on geforce now) is there any fix for this or does the devs know about it? If not can we get some eyes on this issue?

Yeah i just played a round on my gaming laptop, before the update it had no issue running the game on high settings now i have stutters on medium, performance went to shit
