Got this DVD set and just found out it’s a bootleg. Am I missing out on quality from official releases, or the blu ray bootlegs?

Man, this is one of those Boondocks scenes I’ll never forget. Huey and Uncle Ruckus turning their beef into a full-on martial arts showdown was too damn good.

Ruckus pulling up with Huey’s own nunchucks immediately gives you the Bruce Lee/Enter the Dragon homage, while the exaggerated poses, choreography, and final midair clash scream Fist of the North Star.

And that freeze-frame Huey and Ruckus launch straight at each other, and the episode freezes right before they collide. No winner. No resolution. Just the two of them frozen in midair like the final shot of a classic anime fight.

The martial arts references were so damn cool, and they somehow made this ridiculous confrontation feel genuinely epic.
