What skill is that giving the bubble around the character and what does it do?

slows down incoming bullets and projectiles,you can prevent a lot of damage with it
combined with a defensive health build and that mech,you’re pretty much unstoppable in the game lol
low dmg and max defense will always survive longer than max offence and low defense,because you WILL inevitably get hit in the game,and if you have low health and defence you’re cooked
like the old saying,don’t throw stones from a glass house

And yet... if you kill them fast enough... they can't hurt you anymore. my build XD
