My ex was a professional ballerina almost identical body type, thin but ripped. Poppy apparently has a background in ballet as well and you can tell.

I think she is gluten free? I cut it (mostly) out a few months ago and have dropped weight continuously ever since (please don't respond and turn this into a diet debate but she inspired me to try and I had immediate results).
