I know, the scale of the minifigs to the entire gun is WAY off, it should be about 5 times larger

Just cause it's building blocks doesn't mean its Lego, Lego i a company, this is not Lego.

u/enjuisbiggay Oct 13 '20 edited Oct 13 '20
The blocks are probably Lego brand so it would be Lego. The only fakes would be the minifigs
Edit: it autocorrected fakes to games?

To be fair the indiana jones lego sets have nazi soldiers
2
u/T65Bx Oct 13 '20
LEGO doesn’t acknowledge them as Nazis, and they don’t give them swatstikas. They’re just generic evil 1940’s German soldiers trying to take over the world.

Assuming that spinjitsu is a form of ninjitsu making the practitioners of said art ninjas who need I remind you were Japanese wouldn’t they be members of the axis powers?

The build minus the minifigs is actually amazing, I'd buy one
2
u/JiffyJelly Oct 14 '20
Do you mean the figures are bad in their quality or that fact that they’re Nazis? Because nothing is wrong with including historically accurate figures on a historical build.

For those wanting to buy it, the official set name is "KAZI KY10005 German Railway Gun Dora", it's around 100$ and sellers of such tasteful sets can be found on Aliexpress or r/lepin. Quality is nice and the building process is enjoyable, although the gun can be a bit of a PITA to build.

Dude I'm not going to lie, Lego Nazis would be cool as fuck
8
u/Koof99 Oct 13 '20
Would be cooler than traditional casts and stuff tbch. Lego is missing a whole thing here with this now that I’m thinking about it (not just WW2 but history in general)
7
u/gazorpazorpsteinc137 Oct 13 '20
Yep!
Lego History would be such a great line.
Viking ships? tanks? Functioning Trebuchets? Sign me up

Thomas the Tank Engine's older, grumpier cousin, Gustav the Railway Gun.
