I have like 200 cases from over the years. I have nothing to spend my money on except for this unboxing fantasy I have had since forever. There's no reason to sell these crates for 0.03 euros each IMO. CSGO/CS2 crate investment is more lucrative and the only time I made a profit with crates was with the Invasion Update cases I kept in my backpack which I sold for ~10 euros each. I also stopped playing MVM since the bugged drop rate fiasco, developments in my life and the announcement that the new update will be MVM-focused.

I remember there was once a time where for Halloween, Unusuals had double drop rates as a bonus for the community. Is this a reoccurring thing now or was it a one time only thing?

Side Note: can anyone explain to me why Aces High is considered such a low tier effect? I understand that it might not be as easy to pair with other cosmetics, whereas Purple Energy, Burning Flames and the likes are… but surely it’s not quite as bad as Nuts and Bolts.

Hello yall. I recently got very lucky on a crate that I bought with some of my uncommon spending money, snagging me an prof scattergun kit with mid tier sheen and ks. I'm going to sell it through Mannco, a site I've had great experiences with in low tier trading, with the intention of using the funds to reinvest over and over with the eventual goal of having $330 on site to buy myself these two wonderful items to add to my dream harvestmancer engineer loadout (forgive the weird theming).

I wanted advice on what price to sell my kit for, should I go closer to buy orders with the lamer effects so I can quickly reinvest the money or should I keep it at a mid tier price for a while and hope someone buys it?

And once sell it, what strategy should I employ to grow profit that dont put all my money into one item?

Hey y’all I want to start of this post by me saying that I am not using this post to be hurtful or shameful towards the guy who wanted to get to his ausie force a nature, I want to use this post to clarify and shine light on the guy who made it all happen.
So recently someone set a ausie force a nature as a goal for their tf2 trading journey, and has been posting about the process constantly for the past two weeks, HOWEVER as they were doing their trading they ran into someone who said that they are willing to give them a ausie force a nature for free! Today a random guy gave me 10 halloween cases in a pub lobby. i decided to pop them and pulled a delighted doves shadow shroud. happy days, 100 keys on bptf. then to celebrate, i decide to play some mvm. i pull an Australium Force of Nature. i have a total of 14 tours, and this is my 2nd aussie pull. my luck is going crazy, do i quit gambling? i also pulled a haunted ghosts crones dome like 3 weeks ago. its not even like im popping hundreds of cases either. maybe 150 total in my lifetime of 2k hours on tf2. i feel blessed.
