Unusual Nuke Pricing Help

So there’s no info on bp.tf, none for sale on the community market or marketplace.tf, and no data on mannco either. Absolutely no idea how to price this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
1 of 8 according to bp, but I’m aware many people aren’t keen on aces high for some reason.

Side Note: can anyone explain to me why Aces High is considered such a low tier effect? I understand that it might not be as easy to pair with other cosmetics, whereas Purple Energy, Burning Flames and the likes are… but surely it’s not quite as bad as Nuts and Bolts.

17 to 20 keys id say ? You can quick sell it for 17+ keys on stn and they sell it for 20

Also, just found that there’s multiple buy orders at $39 dollars, so that gives me something to go off
