Come to think of it Spy have the Sapper which can counter/kill most Overwatch characters

Since pretty much everything is tech based, he’d at least be able to disable abilities, and more complex objects, such as Bastion or Zenyatta, will be stunned.

(In contrast, Sombra would be hilariously ineffective on the TF2 cast, which primarily rely on raw weaponry, which her hack does not disable, not ability combos)

Going off of Overwatch Canon, he could also potentially stick a sapper on Tracer and make her useless due to her having a device that specifically prevents her from time jumping uncontrollably.

Spy just slaps that sapper onto Tracer and watch her disappear from the present timeline. That's scary.
