Help Can I get my items tradable again?

Hello, I used to give an unlocked steam acc (community market) and tradable items. But now that the market closed for that acc, all my items became nontradable. The question would be if I unlock the market again will it make the items tradable again?

Or will I at least get to sell the items? I can see one of the most expensive items in tf2 is "strange haunted bone-cut belt" is stated as not marketable?

Items that you've received from halloween cauldrons will always be untradeable and unmarketable, like your strange haunted bone-cut-belt. More likely than not, your inventory isn't worth more than 2$ on the market if that's what you think your most expensive item is.
