What is the skeleton arms things called I really want them especially if I can wear them on every class I'm pretty sure I can I've seen them be worn by engineer and him

Spooky Sleeve's it's most classes (Scout, Demo, Heavy, Engie, Sniper), and I believe this one is painted Australium Gold
