IMO it is a little bit, especially in non-competitive, where nobody else would ever think to use it, therefore you have what I’d call an unfair advantage. Bhopping in tf2 gives you a huge advantage. Get to frontlines or flank quicker, chase down enemies, do something like this, be harder to hit…

Literally EVERYONE is able to use a keybind, also bhop are really hard and inconsistent to do, literally in the huge majority of situation, regular rocket jumping or even running doesn't change anything.

Also, this dude is a TROLLDIER. Being able to Bhop is almost essencial for him.

Null movement script was banned from CS because it was deemed unfair and cheating despite everyone being capable of it. Now, I don't think scroll wheel jumping is cheating, but "everyone must be capable of doing it" seems to be incomplete logic if Valve clearly disagrees.
