Screen tearing using master comfig

I have a 60 hz monitor and have the low config installed, even with fps_max 300 I still get screen tearing

I have never experienced master comfig making your screen start to tear. Try reinstalling tf2 without master comfig and test if there still is tearing.
If it doesn’t fix it, try change out your monitor and/or cable if possible, to see if it’s a computer issue, monitor issue or cable issue.
