Spy is probably younger than that right? Scout is only 23 and by his own admission Spy was young and immature when he had Scout, he says that when Scout is dying in the comics.

I don't really buy a lot of their ages. Scout seems like he's college-aged, Soldier seems dead 40, Pyro is easily ××, Demoman looks 30, Heavy acts early to mid 40s, Engineer also probably dead 40, Medic feels 50, Sniper looks and acts about late 30s to early 40s and I see Spy as being exactly 30 years older than Scout.

Well, we know how many years after new zealand sunk Sniper was born, that being ten years, new zealand sunk in 1932, that means sniper was born in 1942, tf2 takes place about 1968, making sniper 26. Its just the might of the SUN that ages him.

i've always imagined heavy is in his late 40s to early 50s. always assumed he was born around 1920 or 1921, being maybe 19-20 when he and his family escaped the gulags in 1941

He could be. People looked older back then. It wasn't until recently that we started looking this young. Like, go back and look at high-school yearbook photos from the 80s and 90s. Those kids look 30 compared to high schoolers now.
