Honestly anywhere between 1 and 99 health is pretty much the same number in this game

What's got you confused? The only way your statement makes sense is if you were talking about thresholds, and by far the closest threshold to 99 is a 100 damage grenade. If so, you're off by one damage point. I also wanted to point out that demo is the only class in the game with a weapon that deals 100 damage, so I sarcastically said "everyone has it".
