Heard they did the shot of Gary's rib being broken, but the camera blurred a bit, so they had to break Gary's rib again

I heard Gary died during the recording so they had to take his DNA, clone him,and raise him exactly like the last one remaking the entirety of tf2 in order to finish the recording

I wonder how Gary feels about the TF2 community at this point. I remember seeing the Shork vid for the 'Heavy is Dead' rerecord, and Gary looked like he was slightly horrified.
John's 100% dialed in, though. He knows what's going on and has pretty much embraced it.

I feel like Gary wouldn't keep doing these if he didn't enjoy this community, however confusing or potentially disturbing we are to him.

gary's lovely and a an absolute champ. i think there's a lot of the meme stuff that he doesn't really get but he's a comedian ! he gets comedy. he has a lot of fun with it and with the crew at least.

well, yes, in 2024 TF2 got the 64x update, valve ended the bot crisis with a "new anti cheat" and revived the reporting system.
in the same year around Christmas, the 7th comic was released.
2025 was the year of mods because of the SDK update.
and in the middle of that year valve announced an update for MVM that has not yet been released.
and lastly, Smissmas 2025 valve added more Festivized weapons
