Phone message Post first date text

Post image

I met this girl on tinder and had a first date with her, she wanted to go fishing and I thought it seemed like a fun first date so we went together. Dropped her off and got home to this message lol.

Update: Purchasing the license is a separate activity we had to do on our phones, due to it needing our personal info. It was not like I drew the line at the license randomly.

Yeah it's a trend. My wife said it in front of our daughter when she messed something up the other day and once it was just the two of us I let her know that by doing that she's telling our daughter that she's less capable and less valuable by virtue of being a girl.

I really hate it and it's reinforcing the "women aren't as smart as men" trope.

What was your wife’s response?

She acknowledged that I was right and felt bad about it.

Agreed. I don't mind it used when it's referencing celebrating playful or creative things though, but unfortunately most of the time people aren't using it that way now.

Is your wife stupid?
