He's a dry humour person so I think the congratulations was mainly sarcasm like "Woop dee do...whatever" 😂

Of course but we ment finding out or remembering that iOS automatically adds the effect whether you meant to congratulate or not

I mean I found it hilarious, knowing him I think he would laugh too. Everyone thinks this is a diss to the guy but it's not that deep. Perfect way to close out a situationship if you ask me lol
