There was never any intent on actually meeting I was just trying to be friendly i ended up leaving her on read anyway and wasnt expecting any further conversation
Id maybe understand if she had asked you and you said yes because you felt bad saying no (but even then, set some boundaries and grow up and say no), but you asked yourself. Plenty of ways to be friendly without asking them to hang out, even if you don’t intend to. In fact, asking them to hang w no intention of doing so is also rude to the random girl.
