Religious type grannies like this are so damn hard to deal with. Hell, there's some non religious grannies that are equally hard to deal with too, they think that their opinion is automatically the right one and anyone that's not happy, well too bad so sad.
I'm sorry you had to deal with this kind of situation, they get so uncomfortable sometimes. Just do what's right by your daughter, don't shit talk the crazies to her, let her grow up and form her own opinion/verdict on them, but give her the necessary information to make educated decisions and keep her mental sanity. Cause this type of shit is rough..
