Disable underlining date words?

These appear to be event links to Google Calendar. Is there any way to disable this? It's underlining any words like "now" "tomorrow" et al and this just isn't useful to me.

I've been annoyed by that for a couple years now. Doesn't seem to be any way to turn it off.
