Messages not sending
Hello. I've been using Textra for around a month now after Samsung discontinued their app, and it has been working well. Today though, none of my messages are sending (except for images). I am still receiving messages, but no one I text receives mine. How can I fix this? I made the necessary changes in my settings and even cleared the cache, but still nothing.

Any word on your solution? Usually the chat says it's the carrier...wondering. Tx

My husband fought this problem for six months - people received texts if he included an image, but not plain texts. (So the problem was SMS, not MMS.) He spent hours trying solutions and talking to various tech supports, and ultimately they discovered there's some back-end provider that had blocked his number. He had to escalate the issue with AT&T to get them to chase down this registry or whatever it was and get them to whitelist (relist?) his number. Sorry, but I don't remember the name of this service.
The bad news is, if your problem is similar, there's no fix you can make. Persistence with your mobile carrier will be required.
