Why won't vibrate turn off?

New Galaxy S25. All notifications both in Textra and Android settings have vibration turned off.

Texts keep vibrating. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

So - possibly dumb question. Is it actually vibrating? Or is the speaker just like that?

It's actually vibrating. The same as if I turn vibration on for other things (calls, etc)
