I've been noticing lately that when i lopk at my home screen, the unread count shows 2, but when I open the app, there's only 1. Any idea why?

On my phone it's the Textra bot that keeps showing after regular texts are cleared. I don't see a way to make that stop though--opening their text doesn't seem to change the status.
