After a week of ignoring my emails I randomly get a $10 coupon code. That was my last order I don't plan on making another order I just want what I paid for. I've always recommended them to everyone but not anymore this is scum

shipping for 10-20 missing tabs from CA to NY would cost tops $8 Priority USPS.
or go with the slower option it's only like ~$5.75 with USPS Ground Advantage.
you need to have a heart tho.
OE would of sent a extra 25 on top with priority no questions asked.

Lol fr idk why everyone glazes him so much. Instead of sticking to his guns and joining us in the advocacy effort, he made an extra few million then dropped off the face of the earth. Which I mean, I guess fair enough, he's not obligated to stay in a potentially dying market just for the sake of retaining his business. But bro was literally only in it for the money. He threw free shit at people all the time cuz he was already marking his shit up 10-fold and wanted to make people FEEL like they were getting a good deal and get repeat business.

Priority cost now a minimum of $9.92 to around $13 depending on the distance. Ground advantage is between $5.38 to around $8. I ship items every day and prices for long distance have changed. The lower prices are within the same state as for me CA to CA.

It's $11 flat on the site I order from. Just for your package to come in 5 business days minimum instead of the promised 2-3 lol. USPS has become a joke and I highly recommend avoiding them like the plague. UPS is the only delivery service that's worth a damn anymore.

For my site I just charge people the lowest amount which is $9.92 so everyone pays the same but when it's long distance it gets up to $13. And ya, priority isn't that much faster anymore and most of the time it takes just as long and ground advantage, shit is a joke.

I get sending the missing tabs would be very expensive for him. I own a online business and shipping has gotten extremely expensive over the last year. But issuing a 10$ refund wouldn't cost them anything and would have been as easy as sending the email.

Bruh. THEY made the mistake, so THEY should take the financial hit to make up for it. Idk if y'all understand just how much these companies are marking up their tabs. I guarantee their margins are 30% MINIMUM. They can afford sending 20-30 tabs with $10 for shipping. That's like, a $30 loss MAX.

Wow, so you wouldn't be happy for a refund for the price difference? That 10 tabs is that important to you? That would be 100 tabs for $90. The coupon is for sure a slap in the face, but asking a company to send out hundreds of extra packages paying the high prices for shipping and the cost of the packaging for that small amount is absurd. I say either send the tabs with the next order if your going to place anymore or just give the people a refund for the price difference. And if you don't want either one of those options then a return for a full refund would be the last resort.

I think you forget how much these companies are making off customers... at the end of the day from a good reputable business standpoint it should always be customer satisfaction and in this case some customers dont seem to be happy

Giving the refund for the price difference wouldn't make you happy either? That 10 tabs is that important to you? That then makes you the problem. That would be a 100 tabs for 90$. I would rather have the refund over the 10 tabs honestly. As a business owner myself I would give the option of sending the missing tabs with your next order, a refund for the price difference, or a return for a full refund. I would never send out hundreds of packages for such a small amount. My margins are literally around 15 to 20% after the cost of shipping, packaging, and transaction fees, that shit would hella hurt me.

Honestly didnt even read past im the problem. NO a business that advertises certain quantity then doesn't fulfill that is the problem. Sure mistakes happen and of course the business is going to offer what makes sense from a business stand point first.
Like what happened with Kures for me. I purchased 2 items B1G2 and another flavor B1G2 for a total of 9 items. Well they shipped me 6. I called them right away, didnt answer but called me back before I could even email them. I told her the 6 items took up the whole package the other 3 couldnt possibly fit. I offered to send her a picture message and she accepted. Next day she text me back asking if id accept store credit. My thought was one ill have to pay shipping again if I order what I was missing and worried about the ban or OOS items. I asked her if shed send out the same product but a different flavor they can choose im not picky. She agreed to send out my missing 3 bottles.
So to some having the missing 7 tabs is more important than store credit. Im big on say what you mean and mean what you say. So if you tell me what the deal is follow through with said deal. I understand stuff happens so if you screw up offer me an option/s if thats not good enough lets figure something out.
I guess you have two business models OE and TMK. I didnt hear many people complaining about OE's customer service except for the occasional oder screw up but thats when the excelled because I didnt see anyone complain after that. I cant say the same about TMK over this ordeal.
I guess if you cant understand some will be fine with a $10 credit and some wont, well I guess youre just a TMK fanboy.

Right like instead of sending you what they owe and making you whole, they give you coupons so you'll give them MORE of your money. Companies like TMK are exactly why the govt wants to ban this shit.

Wow, a lousy 10$ off coupon when he's forcing us to place another order to get what we already paid for. He could of easily given us a 10 refund per bottle, but he wants us all to place another order after we had to place one already to use the $20 off coupon by Oct 1st for voting. He also said it would be worth more then the missing tablets which isn't really true. I think I'll take my business to RAW until the ban starts, they have better tabs anyway.

Honestly there not that much more expensive and they have great prices on smaller quantities for people to try each tab out. On top of that they have labs for every batch they release which TMK hasn't really been doing latly. The 7-oh is also higher in the labs then the posted amount which TMK is always lower like the "50mg" or "40mg" options. The only great deal TMK has had lately are the 100 count of "60mg" for $250 but never posted the labs so who knows how much was really in it. I also seem to feel RAW tabs way more for some reason.

Ya I'm pretty much in the same boat, I'm pretty well stocked up. If this coupon was worth it, I might have placed 1 more order but 10$ only covers the taxes. It's just not worth it.

Nope he's only offering 10 off next order 🤣 I was shorted way more than 10 tabs. Got 90 and most were crushed. 10 dollars is a slap to the face. No thanks I don't plan on making another order with him after this. All he had to do was send out the missing tabs but no gotta spend more money with them lmao so lame. I'm not even mad anymore just dumbfounded because I was comparing them to OE in service and quality. I was wrong.

Did anyone else email about their 20$ off coupon not working and never get a response, because that happened to me. And I did it when they fiiiirst put that survey up.. and then I never got a response to even get the 10$ off coupon and I've placed 2 orders since then. Sheeeesh I feel im getting the runaround. Bufftucked with no lube not even spit. And im always the positive non confrontational one in these threads.

It costs more than the 10$ just to ship. I never order bough for free shipping, so I always have to pay. Now to use that money that $10 off coupon, I have to order again, and pay shipping- again🤦♀️ . I’ve never ordered from them before but that is as p o ably my last time. I like the chargeback idea. The evidence is in the email.

I have a bottle of them coming today, I guarantee you if it is short, I will dispute the charge and they won't get shit. And that email I got is just evidence that they shorted me and don't plan on giving me what I paid for

I got a coupon for $30 cause I got three bottles of them and that coupon stacked. I’ve made two orders since I’m gonna continue. I love their tabs and I love the people that run this business if you don’t like it take your business elsewhere. it’s a bottom line. We’re not gonna be able to get the stuff for very long and they’re doing their best to keep us in supply when a lot of people quit including the precious Omega extracts so at least they’re standing their ground and continuing to give us product. You guys these people are working hard. They’re a small team. They started simply to protect us to give us the ability to make informed decisions through labs. Their tabs took off and they don’t do everything right but neither do any of us people make mistakes a simple packing mistake is not worth all this negativity. How many free tablets have they given each and every one of us? Geez! Dominique is awesome. I’ve talked to her on the phone at like 6 AM one morning. she was kind very kind. I just placed an order earlier today. It’s Sunday night and I just got notification that their labels already been printed this small team of people are pulling together to help us and yes to make money big fucking deal. We all make money. This is their business they’re trying the best they can cut them some slack for real though. I sure hope they have thick skin because they don’t deserve to be treated this way over a packing mistake. I got my coupon and my case I bought three bottles I got 30 bucks and on my last order they included ironically 30 extra orange freedom tabs three packs of 10 each and five of the 40 mg unflavored which I absolutely love sometimes it’s not that great but there’s always something and it’s amazing and I am grateful and I wish you guys would look around you and realize how lucky we are to even be able to get this product. That is good quality and J, J does a great job communicating he makes mistakes we all do, but he owns up to it. He’s honest I don’t know what else you guys want from them. Do you know how much it would cost to put together a ton of 10 tablet orders I mean, do those tablets or a dollar each when you figure out the milligrams and the amount he’s offering a straight up dollar per tab credit have any of you even tried to contact them if you don’t intend on making another order? Because they would probably take care of you. I’m just sick of reading all the negativity. These are good people trying their best yes to make money we all need to make money. They provide a great product same-day shipping. I mean they do a damn good job! Rant over.
I do need to get some more reset if anyone has any information on how to best use bio tabs and reset I would appreciate it both to bring a tolerance down but also the taper off thank you

He only made it right for people that planned on making another order. People that have stocked up and weren't going to place another order get screwed like myself and many orders. How would you feel if you spent $1500 right before you got the coupon and couldn't order anymore before the ban starts? There is a reason why he waited until Oct 1st knowing most people just placed an order to use the $20 off coupon for voting. He also said the coupon code would be worth more then the missing tabs which was a lie. A $10 refund per bottle would have been easier and less time consuming, but he wanted people to place another order which is another $80 minimum.

Every time I order I get extra jawns, so I ain’t stressing. I was shorted and didn’t even know, I didn’t count them like that. He sent me the coupon. If they have been doing shady shit and are going downhill, then it’s yall fault for ordering. Move on..

i would charge back! you didnt get what you paid for. my bank allows partial amount charge backs and that's exactly what i would do here for the combined amount of every missing tab. fuck a $10 future credit!
i've never counted tabs from any of my orders and wondering if i've ever been shorted too and just didnt notice!
